On Halloween night, the streets of Brighton are usually filled with excited trick or treaters and many a pumpkin can be spotted alight on people's doorsteps. However, this was not the case when driving through the suburbs this year. Today I will be discussing why I think this was the case and some of the contributing factors that may have led to this occurring.
