Tess Howard is a sporting phenomenon: an England and Team GB hockey player, with Olympic bronze and Commonwealth gold medals. Tess has now almost single-handedly changed the England Hockey uniform policy so female players have the choice of skorts or shorts and for this she’s been nominated for the Changemakers Award for Sportswoman of the Year.
